The event is organised by the Women and Girls in STEM Forum. It is the annual flagship event of the Girls Go Circular initiative, led by the EIT Community, in cooperation with the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) and the European Commission (DG-EAC).

This year’s theme is Cybersecurity

As part of this year’s Forum, students across Europe are invited to team up and tackle real-world cybersecurity challenges. The most creative and impactful ideas will earn a spot on stage at the Women & Girls in STEM Forum 2025 – live in Brussels.

This event is designed not just for policy leaders and innovators, but also for teachers and their students.

If you want to engage your students in the event:

  • WGSF 2025 Challenge applications / Encourage students to submit an idea for a cybersecurity tool that helps people stay safe online. More information on how to submit an idea: https://eit-girlsgocircular.eu/students/
  • You can organise a live viewing: Stream the forum in class and spark dialogue around the talks and panel discussions.
