Discover STEAM with Job Shadowing at the Mihajlo Pupin Institute!
On Thursday, August 28, students aged 13–17 joined a Job Shadowing event at the Institute Mihajlo Pupin, getting a hands-on look at careers in STEAM.
The event started with an outdoor Escape Room activity, combining fun and teamwork while encouraging problem-solving skills. Students also participated in mentoring sessions, gaining insights into STEAM careers and inspiration for their future paths.
With the guidance of 11 mentors (5 women and 6 men), participants explored the Institute’s facilities, including the telecommunications department, the workshop for component production, and other technical sectors. In total, 21 students (8 girls and 13 boys) took part in this exciting day.
It was a day full of learning, curiosity, and new experiences for everyone involved.
