This Hub offers a space for critical reflection and capacity building on intersectionality and its application in research and institutional change.

Professor Victoria Showunmi, a leading academic in gender, race, and identity whose work has shaped international conversations on inclusive leadership and workplace equity.
Dr. Rakibe Kulcur, research fellow at UCL and specialist in gender justice, sustainability, and collaborative innovation, with experience bridging academia, policy, and industry.
