This conference will gather universities and research organisations from across the island of Ireland and from other European countries to showcase advances in intersectional approaches to equality policies, share good and promising practices, and discuss how to navigate current challenges. It will provide an opportunity for participants to contribute to a collective discussion on how the equality agenda can be progressed to foster inclusive cultures in Higher Education and Research in Ireland and in the ERA.
