The Summer School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age is a 5-day intensive programme designed specifically for female students and young professionals with an interest in technology and digital leadership. Organised by the European Leadership Academy, the 2026 edition takes place from 8 to 12 June in Grosseto, Italy.
The programme covers a wide range of topics including leadership skills, AI ethics, public speaking, emerging technologies, sustainability, entrepreneurship, cybersecurity, global collaboration, and EU project management. Participants are immersed in the digital world and learn from expert coaches and counsellors across diverse fields, gaining both practical skills and strategic perspectives on leading in the digital era.
The Summer School is open to women aged 18 and above who are citizens of EU Member States, Ukraine, the Western Balkans Six (North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Kosovo), Moldova, Switzerland, Iceland, Türkiye, or Norway. The programme represents the European Leadership Academy’s commitment to digital inclusion and closing the gender gap, creating a world where women are empowered to lead the digital future.
