The Euro-Global Women’s Forum 2026, themed “Voices of Change: Women Driving Global Impact,” takes place on 18–19 May 2026 in Barcelona, Spain. This international forum is dedicated to spotlighting the significance of women’s contributions and addressing the evolving landscape of women’s empowerment across all sectors.
The forum features over 50 speakers delivering inspiring keynote addresses, thought-provoking panel discussions, hands-on workshops, and interactive networking sessions on pressing topics including gender equity, entrepreneurship, women’s health and safety, mental health, climate leadership, and — critically — women in STEM. A special Spotlight Session is devoted to youth empowerment, education, and women in STEM fields.
A Startup & Innovation Pavilion showcases groundbreaking ideas led by women founders, alongside exhibition and poster presentations from researchers, institutions, and organisations championing women’s initiatives. The forum is open to individuals of all genders committed to women’s empowerment and equality, and especially welcomes women leaders, diversity and inclusion advocates, policy makers, educators, researchers, startups, and NGOs.
This event is particularly relevant for the STREAM IT community as it combines gender equality advocacy with a strong focus on women’s participation in STEM, education, and innovation — aligning closely with the project’s mission to reduce gender inequalities in STEM education.
