The Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2026 takes place on 10–11 June 2026 at EXPO XXI in Warsaw, Poland, with an online component. Now in its 8th edition, it is the largest conference and career fair for women in STEM, tech, and IT in Europe.
Under the motto “Unleash New Energy,” the summit brings together thousands of participants for two days of keynotes, panels, workshops, mentoring sessions, and a career expo. The programme features leaders from major technology companies and research institutions, offering practical insights on career development, emerging technologies, and leadership.
The summit includes five stages, a mentoring zone, a career expo with major employers, and special networking events. Free tickets are available for tech and IT students, making it especially accessible for the next generation of women in STEM.
For the STREAM IT community, the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit represents one of the most impactful European platforms for inspiring women and girls in STEM careers, building professional networks, and showcasing role models in technology and innovation.
