The Institute Mihajlo Pupin (IMP) organized a book promotion event for the publication “Women in ICT and Science” at the Job Fair 2026 in Belgrade, Serbia, on 21 April 2026. The event took place at one of Serbia’s largest career fairs, providing direct access to students and young professionals.
The promotion showcased the stories and achievements of women working in ICT and science, serving as inspiration for the next generation. It included presentations by female researchers and engineers from IMP, discussions on career opportunities in STEM, and direct exchange between students and female professionals.
By hosting the promotion at the Job Fair (www.jobfair.rs), IMP ensured maximum visibility among young people actively exploring career paths, making it an ideal setting to promote gender equality in STEM.
For the STREAM IT community, this event highlights how consortium members use existing platforms and publications to amplify the message of women’s participation and achievement in science and technology.
