EuroPython 2026, Europe’s largest Python programming conference, takes place from 13 to 19 July 2026 in Kraków, Poland. The conference expects over 1,500 participants and 100+ speakers across seven days of talks, tutorials, and coding sprints.
EuroPython has a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. The 2026 edition features dedicated PyLadies events including the PyLadies Lunch and the Women at Python 5K Run, creating welcoming spaces for women and underrepresented groups in the Python and broader tech community.
The programme covers a wide range of topics including data science, artificial intelligence, web development, scientific computing, and education. The conference also coincides with EuroSciPy 2026 (18–24 July) in the same city, creating a week-long hub for scientific and technical Python users.
For the STREAM IT community, EuroPython showcases how major tech conferences can actively promote gender diversity through dedicated programming and community initiatives, making STEM careers in programming more accessible to women.
